In todays Chartbook Audio Adam said " In China they started privatizing land in 1998". I think this is an over simplification of the system of land ownership/usage. Could Adam in a future Audio provide a more detailed explanation of the land issue in China, As I understand it, it is distinctly different to the Anglo/American system, which in turn has a fundamental impact on banking and credit creation.
